Plenty of space and new equipment. Would use over a commercial gym any day of the week!

I have been training every week with Ricky for a few years. I don't have the motivation to go to a gym on my own but working with Ricky is a completely different experience. Ricky is very good at understanding your goals and tailoring the training so that you work hard without feeling bullied or pushed to do an exercise that is too much for your fitness level. He stays with you throughout the session, offering encouragement if it gets tough, and watching to make sure that you are performing the correct movement for each exercise.

The gym is well equipped with everything in good condition and the attendance is kept to no more than 2 or 3 people training at any one time.

If you want to get fit but aren't motivated by the idea of going to a gym you should try a few sessions with Ricky. You might be pleasantly surprised how much more effective your workout can be when you have your own trainer.

Olympus Gym is affordable, the equipment is clean, good quality and well maintained.
P/T sessions with Ricky are excellent, he is helpful and knowledgeable and he customises your training to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommended.
